2024 Annual Meeting – Thursday, May 2nd at 6:30pm

This year’s meeting will be held in the cul-de-sac of Streamside Ct. Please bring a chair. The meeting will include:

  • Financials
  • 2024 Community Garage Sale – June 7th, 8th and 9th
  • Spring Clean-Up – Trees
  • Board Members Wanted

2023 Annual Meeting – Tuesday, May 16th at 6:30pm

Our annual HOA meeting will be held at Dudley Memorial park on Tues. May 16th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Address is 5700 Yankee Rd. During this meeting, we will provide HOA updates, a financial review, and host a Q&A session.  There will also be a Board member election. 

2023 Neighborhood Garage Sale – Friday, May 19th, through Sunday, May 21st

We’re planning for a community garage sale this year on May 19th, 20th and 21st. Suggested hours: 8:00am-3:00pm each day. Our neighbors at Falling Waters will have their sale the same weekend, so we should see some good traffic.

June 22nd, 2019 – Community Notice

The Creekside Meadows Homeowners’ Association was recently contacted by the Liberty Township Planning & Zoning Department regarding concerns with homeowners making unapproved changes to their properties. Please keep the following in mind when making changes to your property:

  • Changes including fences, sheds, pools, additions, etc, require a permit from the township and possibly Butler County.
  • The HOA Design Approval process is not a substitute for obtaining township and county permits.
  • Property owners making changes before obtaining permits may be charged additional fees by the township. In addition, if a property owner makes an improvement that is not in compliance with the township regulations, additional costs and effort will be likely to resolve the issue, which may include removing and reinstalling the improvement.
  • Once permits are filed and approved by Liberty Twp., they should be displayed in a window while work is being done. The permits need to be seen from the road so the township doesn’t need to enter onto private property.
